It’s the third anniversary of The Bocuse Restaurant and we’re recreating the exact menu we served at the official opening. Join us on February 24 and enjoy the same exquisite meal and flawless service that was the hallmark of that remarkable evening!

An enlightening discussion about the evolution of modern French cuisine from 1975 to today will take place in the Danny Kaye Theater before dinner. Then, you’ll dine on classic signature dishes of France’s notable chefs, re-imagined using the ultra-modern techniques found in the restaurant’s state-of-the-art kitchen. The perfect wine will be paired with each course.

A Tribute to ParisA Tribute to Paris

If you love Paris and its people, and are looking for a way to express your support after the terrorist attacks there last year, please join us at an event that feeds both body and soul. A silent auction will be held during lunch. Part of the proceeds from the entire event will go directly to aid affected families of restaurant workers who lost their lives during the attacks. Pastry chef Stéphane Weber and Chef-instructor Lynne Gigliotti take you through a decadent five-course dessert lunch at which four of the courses are dessert and one is a savory dish inspired by chocolate.
