A Moveable Feast

Experience food and wine as never before in all three of the CIA’s restaurants. Your evening begins with a “Meet the Chefs” reception in the glorious Farquharson Hall. Then it’s on to an amazing meal during which you will move through our three restaurants. You’ll enjoy a four-course meal with each prepared in the style of that restaurant—The Bocuse Restaurant—contemporary French, American Bounty Restaurant—farm-to-table, and Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici—authentic regional Italian. A guide will take you from restaurant to restaurant and point out highlights of the CIA campus along the way.
