This totally unique culinary experience starts with a reception in the glorious Farquharson Hall. You’ll receive a passport outlining your evening’s journey through our three award-winning restaurants. In each, you’ll dine on a different course prepared in the style of that restaurant and paired with sommelier-selected wines.

Bring on the Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and seaside wines of Muscadet! Start your evening at the Danny Kaye Theatre where you’ll learn from an expert about these crisp dry whites from the Loire Valley. Then at The Bocuse Restaurant you’ll enjoy a meal of Loire wines perfectly paired with the seafood, rabbit, pâtés, rillettes, and exquisite vegetable-based sauces that the region is renowned for. Of course, we won’t forget the Loire’s world-famous goat cheese!
